Do not forget to send the Pre-Registration form completely filled in, when you send the payment by bank transfer, otherwise we cannot insert your name in the pre-registered delegates' list.

Submission of form without payment within deadlines, does not entitle to benefit of the reduced fees later.

The mentioned deadlines are those of our receipt and not those of the postal stamp.

REGISTRATION FEES

Regularly registered participants are entitled to attend all Scientific Sessions and Industrial Exhibition, to receive the congress materials and to be admitted to the refreshment area during the coffee breaks.

The following Registration Fees are available for Pre-Registration:

Non-Member	RON 400	RON 500
Trainee	RON 50	RON 50

MEMBERSHIP

The reduced fee is available only for ANAVR members who have paid the annual fees.

If you wish to pre-register as member and you are not one, contact the ANAVR Membership Office to become a member before preregistering to the congress.

ANAVR Membership fee for 2011: 100 RON

CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY OF CONGRESS MATERIALS

A confirmation letter will be sent to regularly pre-registered delegates with no pending matters shortly after the set deadlines.
We strongly suggest to all delegates who have not received their confirmation letter in due time, to contact the Registration Dept (e-mail: registration@nephrovasc.ro or fax: +40-31-8164378) urgently.
Congress materials can be picked up at the Registration Area, by handing in the confirmation letter, starting April 28 at 7.30 hrs.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

(please read this carefully after April 15th, 2011)
Each participant must fill in the on-site registration forms at the New Registration desks (starting April 28, from 7.30 to 18.00 hrs), located in the Registration Area.
Information such as name, full address, e-mail and fax will be mandatory for each registration, whether personal or sponsored. It will be possible to pay by cash (RON only).
The On-Site registration fees will be the following:

Member of ANAVR	RON 400
Non-Member	RON 600
Trainee	RON 50

Please note that after April 15th, 2011, you/your guest(s) will not be included in the pre-registered file, even IF the payment has been sent.
Availability of all congress materials for all the persons registering onsite cannot be guaranteed.
To avoid any kind of delay onsite, we encourage you to preregister for the congress in advance.
